Cutting Fluid Preservative, XK-02CI
XK-02CI preservative is designed for cutting fluid. It has excellent ability to inhabit and kill the various bacteria and molds. This product is suitable for antiseptic sterilization of the metal cutting liquid under neutral system.

Usage: This product can be added in any stage of process. We recommend adding it as early as possible, so it will take effect throughout the whole production process. Make sure this product is dispersed evenly. The recommend use concentration of this product is for reference only. The ideal concentration depends on the products you are applied to and the protection effect you required, it is also influenced by the degree of different microbial infestation. If it is used in the closed tank, the recommend concentration is 0.1% to 0.3%. If it is used in open system, you should re-add it periodically to ensure the minimum inhibitory concentration. If it is used in concentrated solution, the recommend concentration is 1% to 3%, the detailed dosage depends on the dilution factor of your metalworking fluid (Ensure the concentration is no less than 0.15% after diluting).
Notes: Pay attention to personal protection when using it. If your skin and mucosa inadvertently contact with it, rinse the contact position by clear water immediately.
